BRIEF PARTICULARS OF THE PROJECT
Project Title :  Employment of Rural BPL Youth through Computer Education Training

Project duration : Six Months to One Year
Expected Outcome :  Awareness about latest Technology, Computer Software and Hardware in Rural BPL Youth.
Total Beneficiaries :  4000 nos.
Project Cost :  Rs.408.01 Lakh.

Project Objectives

a) To provide fundamental Computer Education to the villagers of Below Poverty Line.
b) To provide necessary IT education also to the women and children of the rural areas.
c) To provide assured job placement to all the successfully trained BPL youth.

Project Outcomes

Employed trainees are the main outcome we have after this training
On completion of training the trained youths are eligible for the following job opportunities:
  1. Data Entry Operator
  2. Hindi/English Typist
  3. Junior Programmer
  4. Floor Executives at Malls/Retail Shops
  5. Supporting Staff in Call Centers and BPOs
  6. Book-keeper and Accountant etc.
It is expected that each successfully trained beneficiary will get employment and earn at least an amount of Rs. 5000/- per month

OnLine Monitoring and Evaluation

The organization have one person employed for the monitoring work, who always give reports of the work done and work proposed for the particular village at the head office once in a week or fortnight. After collecting all the reports the monthly reports will be prepared and submitted to desired persons and offices. The organization also done external monitoring by visiting to the site area once a month and give necessary judgments and advices to conduct the programme well.

Other then the organisation the DRDA and PMU is also involved in the project. So their monitoring and evaluation is also considerable for the project. The organisation submits its all reports to the PMU and any other concerned departments.
