Why work here

Mission first, always

IIEWS is not a consultancy that writes reports about development — it is an implementation agency that delivers it. Our staff spend their weeks in blocks and villages, running batches, tracking placements and answering to sanctioning departments.

If you want your work measured in outcomes rather than deliverables, this is the right place. Every role here connects directly to a beneficiary whose name appears in a register.

Create meaningful social impact

Share your knowledge and skills
